Meet Your Care Team

  • Founder & Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Hi, I’m Scarlett. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience in inpatient and outpatient care.

Throughout my career, I saw how rushed appointments, trial-and-error medications, and fragmented care left many people feeling frustrated and unheard. I wanted to create a different kind of care—one where clients feel fully listened to, supported, and treated as a whole person.

I prescribe medication while offering conservative, thoughtful care guided by labs, clinical data, herbal supplements, and optional genetic or ADHD testing. When appropriate, I also help clients safely reduce medications. My goal is to help you gain clarity, balance, and confidence, so you can understand how your brain works and make informed choices every day.

Born in Korea and raised in the U.S., I understand how culture, lifestyle, and personal experiences shape mental health. I provide care that respects each client’s background, values, and goals.

Outside of work, I stay active through hiking, yoga, and dance, which keeps me energized and inspired to support clients with creative, active lifestyles.
