We support children ages 6 and up, teens, and adults up to age 64 who are struggling with ADHD, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum challenges, behavioral regulation, or life transitions. Every plan is customized for your brain, your body, and your life so you get strategies that actually work.

Yes. I use a team-based, real-world approach so care is consistent across home, school, and medical settings. With your permission, I collaborate with parents, schools, therapists, pediatricians, OB-GYNs, primary care providers, and other specialists. For students, I help support IEP and 504 accommodations and communicate with teachers or counselors. For adults, I coordinate care so your ADHD, anxiety, trauma, or hormone-related mood symptoms are addressed in context, not in isolation.

It means we go beyond just managing symptoms. We look at the whole person (brain, body, environment, and lifestyle) to uncover the root causes of focus, mood, or behavioral challenges. Using lab-guided assessments, lifestyle adjustments, holistic strategies, and medication when needed, we help you achieve lasting focus, emotional balance, and mental resilience.
-
We use evidence-based nutrients and plant compounds combined with diet, lifestyle guidance, and family coaching. The goal is to support attention, reduce stress, improve mood, and boost energy. Every recommendation is tailored to your unique needs, gut health, and metabolic profile.

Labs give us a full, personalized picture of your health, including hormones, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, and other markers. This lets us treat the root cause instead of just the symptoms so your plan actually works and produces measurable results.

Medication is prescribed safely and selectively, guided by lab and genetic testing when needed. Combined with lifestyle strategies, nutrition, supplements, and behavioral support, medications can improve attention, reduce impulsivity, and stabilize mood, often allowing for lower doses over time.

I do not bill insurance directly at this time. Being out-of-network allows me to spend more time with you and provide care that insurance often does not cover. After each visit, I provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
